Welcome... Scott McDonnell is a native of Louisville, Kentucky where he works out of his home studio. His varied interests range from scuba diving to piloting aircraft, which have enhanced his holistic view of the world. Scott's artistic endeavors are as wide-ranging and inclusive. Works in metal, glass, ceramics, and printmaking reflect this view.
As a BFA graduate of Murray State University, with an emphasis in printmaking, Scott has continued to reach and develop. His views and conceptions are as expansive as the diverse media enable. The work presented here exhibit his ability to use the common to express the unique.
